One balloon was very poor quality and burst upon inflation, and another had the puppies' pictures faded out and just the white outline.All the others were ok quality.

This product has a horrible chemical smell. I blew one up and got light headed. I bought these for my daughters 4th birthday but threw them away. I would never let my kids play with a chemical smell like that. If it got me sick and light headed imagine what it would do to a child! This product should be taken off!
