Purchased two units, both failed one unit failed twice
The media could not be loaded. I have purchased two of the VE-COAX ULTRA-8 and both units have failed. One unit has now failed twice. When I called tech support and told them of my issues they immediately knew what the problem was without any real data.This product has power supply design flaws and should not be depended on for long term reliability. Further, the only resolution Pro Video Instruments will provide is to have the product returned for repair. Don't buy this product!!
