I think Agaro toothbrushes are pretty good for their price, quality and performance. I did face a problem with this model after using it for 9 months, which kept vibrating and didn't stop. However, the agaro technician didn't waste any time, understood the problem, collected the information and sent for a replacement during warranty. Within a few days only, we received a new brush.
