Great Backpack!
I fly back and forth visiting my daughter in Texas. I purchased this item to use as my "one personal item" (my only bag) while flying. I was very pleased with how much it held! I really like the durability and workmanship of the backpack, as well as the look! I did, however remove the divider inside that was meant to cushion a laptop, as I didn't need it and it was taking up much needed space for clothes. After walking through crowded airports with it on my back, I really appreciated the extra padding on the back side! The backpack has several useful zippered pockets and outside punches. I have to say, I packed it pretty tight with clothes, running shoes, and a few necessities and it held up beautifully! It fit beneath the plane seat in front of me with only a bit showing and passed stewardess inspection.I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good quality backpack.Edit update:I just wanted to add the I still use this bag on trips and over nights to visit my kids/grandkids. It has been very durable. I love that it hold a lot, but isn’t very big and clunky. The bright color makes me easy to pick out in a crowed airport as well!

Antero wearing this pack and it was very comfortable. Got a little sweaty on the back
For the price of this pack, you can't beat it. I bought it last minute for a trip to Colorado this summer. It fit most everything I needed and held 2 large water bottles. I hiked Mt. Antero wearing this pack and it was very comfortable. Got a little sweaty on the back, but that was to be expected. There is 1 large main storage area, a smaller one in front, and a little one up top. For a day hike, this is a great pack.

Great Looking... Poorly Designed and Constructed Bag
I really wanted to like this "good looking" backpack. Alas it has too many flaws and I wound up returning it. Here is why:- No small access pocket on center of bag. (What?!?) Every bag has (should have) this as it the most convenient way to store small items)- Equivalent small pouch is at TOP of bag and exactly in the wrong place it you store gear inside. Overall, the bags thin material provides no support and so tendency is for (filled) convenience pouch to distort inner cavity making getting stuff in and out tiresome- No reinforcement between storage areas means stuff in one compartment tends to really distort other compartments.- Zipper on top media pocket broke after about 5 -10 zips- Sneakers, placed horizontally, barely fit in main pouch (And they were only men's 9-1/2s)

Great Bag, would buy it again.
It was just as other the other reviews stated.I know the description on the product is mostly useless as it looks like it was done with google translate. The bag is a great value for the size and price. I was afraid it would be to big. I am 6'2" and the bag is like a normal backpack size to me. Maybe a little bigger. I will be using it as a travel bag for now, and did not want something really big and bulky. This bag is a great all around. Pockets where there should be. It does have a lot of straps to it. I took rubber bands and rolled up the extra traps to it was more contained. The bag is supper light and comfortable. And looks to be like it would do a good job at keeping water out. If you were hiking and it started to rain on you.

A great backpack in many ways, but I didn't find it comfortable to wear.
I found the overall design and quality of this backpack to be wonderful. I like the pocket set up and external strap features a lot, but decided to return the bag for two reasons: 1) the hip belt is too high to fit me (a 5' 6" woman) and 2) I was unable to adjust the shoulder straps to carry a hiking load comfortably. Even after carefully exploring all options for the various straps, I would still have most of the weight on the inside of the straps, while the outside hardly even touched my shoulders. Some other reviews mention this bag possibly being a copy of a Diamond Candy/Local Lion backpack design also available on Amazon, so I actually ordered both to compare. Besides a few very minor strap placements and a pattern on the inside lining material, I found no discernible differences between the two bags. Here is the company explanation for why there are two more or less identical backpacks: "Paladineer is the brand of our company. We selected Local Lion backpack as one of our Paladineer subsidiary brand and had been selling it from last December to June this year. On June, we received a letter coming from one of our buyers. He asked why he received the Local Lion backpack from our store. From that time on, we changed the LOGO of this series of hiking backpack into Paladineer and also improved the quality of our products. At the same time,we have changed all pictures of these product. We are looking forward to you writing to us so that we could improve our quality and service."

Do not buy.
I've had this backpack for about 5 days. Considering it was originally priced at $129.99 I was hoping it'd be made a little sturdier (I suppose that's why it was discounted to $39.99). So far One shoulder strap has ripped completely free from the main backpack, and several other key stitching locations have broken completely free. No clue how it has become so damaged already. I'm an EMT, so since I work long shifts I was hoping the storage space would come in handy when I need random things between calls, but no dice. I definitely did not abuse this, I only used it to carry basic things between home and work, and from work into the ambulance (This did not come out on calls with me). Everything else was nice, but considering how fast it fell apart I can't give it more than one star
