NOT OEM - It is aftermarket
Images of product are misleading as the unit he is shipping is not OEM HP, not in an HP box, is cheap China 'compatible'. Probably not worth the price.Will install and try anyway, as I don't have time to order anything else. Hopefully will work fine....

Documentation utterly inadequate
The product itself was fine, but the documentation was appalling. As this was the first time I had needed to replace the ADF roller kit, I was hoping that there would be either coherent instructions or a QR link to a YouTube video explaining how to remove the old rollers and install the new. No such luck.I then found exactly the same product on the Amazon Australia website for US$134.00 vs US$29.95 on the Amazon USA site. This was somehow comforting, to know that although I didn't get decent instructions, I was not being blatantly robbed like our Aussie cousins. Whether this highway robbery is HP or Amazon's doing is hardly relevant, as the client has no choice in the matter. Shameful, really.
