I have my second one, first one did not hold a charge, only lasted 1-2 hours. Item was replaced and worked fine for 40 days until warranty was over. I only use the mp3 player mode, Bluetooth doesn’t work when swimming. MP3 now gives me random message (every 10-90 secs) “ connected”then “disconnected” but it continues to play the songs. My phone is turned off so I don’t know why it would say connected or disconnected in MP3 mode. Don’t bother using the Amazon chat AI it just tells me that the 30 days has passed and it is non returnable. If it continues I will have to buy another one but they are probably all made in the same factory and just branded with different names. Good luck on finding one that works for more than a month.

I really wanted to love these headphones, really good sound out of the water, very inconsistent in the water. As soon as the headphones break the service of the water such as flip turns, dolphin kicks off the wall, you lose Bluetooth connection. Sometimes it comes back and sometimes it doesn’t.

My initial review would have been that the battery life was great, sound quality is as good as can be expected underwater, easy to operate, and easy to add music. However, while I enjoyed these headphones while they worked, now (less than 2 months after purchasing) they will not turn on. The blue light comes on when charging, but nothing happens upon pressing and holding the power button. Of course, this is juuuust outside the return window. I purchased them on 7/27/25 and they stopped working 9/23/25. As a side note, maybe this is user error, but I could not figure out how to REMOVE songs. The logical option—deleting them from the drive on the computer—does NOT remove them. The “shuffle” function seems to be a true shuffle with replacement, and I have been being tortured by Bennie and the Jets playing up to 4 times in a row, on MULTIPLE occasions, with no ability to delete the song from the headphones. Save your money and buy the Shokz version! I’ll be purchasing those next.

Waterproof, good range, so so sound. Great battery life so far. Odd bit when fully submerged don't work. But good for lap swimming.

Today (July 15) I noticed a CRACK in the one of the speakers (see pic.) I purchased these headphones on April 26. They were marked down from their original price $80 as a "deal"... they're supposed to be a set of sports headphones, and thus, have some measure of durability. 2.5 months??? Ridiculous. So full disclosure, this has been the best set of headphones Ive had ever. The clarity, fit, and sound quality (although somewhat tinny at times, still has depth tho) have all been great. Underwater they work great. That's why i'm not giving it one star. But CRACKING in less than 3 months in?! Come on. Really would like a replacement.
