This heat gun is perfect for shrink wrap bags or shrink wrap tubing. So far that is all I have used it for, but I can see this heat gun coming in handy for many other projects! It is a little pricey compared to others, but trust me the quality is much better and it is well made. You get what you pay for, type of deal :) Hope this review helps some of you

This has two speeds and does get very hot, but it will dry your paints very quickly. It’s a nice weight and has a little stand so you can set it on the table beside you while you paint.

First one was DOA on delivery, would not turn on. Got a replacement in 2 days and I'm very pleased. I've been using it for several months and wanted to wait to write a review to insure it was going to stay operable. It did and works perfectly for my needs. I wanted a small heat gun for my bench to help quick dry acrylic paints and heat styrene to bend. It has performed exactly as I had hoped, a great value at this price point and doesn't take up a lot of space on my bench. I just added a hook to the edge on my bench and hang it from the included stand. I did put the hook on the side on the bench to avoid possible contact with my leg, as the cone tip stays pretty hot for a minute or so.

Excellent for watercolor drying! Best little air gun, made with good material, not cheap, and doesn't blow any fuses. I feel confident having this plugged in to use every day with my watercolor work.

Incredibly hot and it heats almost instantly it's not mini is a little big so don't spec something, I love the heat guard that it has super precise and good value for money

Very strong heat gun! I actually burned myself like an idiot. Don't be like me and underestimate how hot it gets. Also durable cause I dropped it when I burnt myself and works like a charm still

I love that it is light and small. It has a cover around the heated part so no more burning myself or other stuff around it, the built in stand is a great bonus.
