When I saw this set I noticed the beautiful ‘welcome’ die, and knew it would be just right for making cards to welcome new employees. I’m on the welcome team at work. We help with on-boarding new employees to help the feel like a valued member of our diverse team. As part of that process we are always looking for innovative ways to make the first day at work memorable for new employees. First impressions are very important, so we start with a unique welcome card signed by everyone on the team, and sometimes a small gift, presented by their ‘welcome buddy’ who is there to show them around and be a resource for many months to come.Pros•The dies and stamps are of good quality.•An excellent cursive font, in just the right variety of sizes is used.•This set is also great for making cards for baby showers.Applications:1. I cut out the die three times out of Neenah white 110 lb card stock scraps and glued them together with glitter glue(it dries clear without warping) then stamped it with Versamark and clear embossing powder and heat embossed it several times. It had just the right amount of dimension and shine. I placed it on dark background on the front of the card. It was perfect for the application.2. Heat embossed vellum bellybands for: cards, invitations to a baby shower, baby announcements, or thank you for the baby shower gift messages.Cons:None. It’s all positive.

Great cursive font. Nice size for 10” x 10” baby album. I wish all of the phrases or words were the same height.

i don't like that the smaller die cut when you use them and cuts out the words that all of the lettering used to makea word cuts the letters out single they are not connected

These are good dies and stamps. I've already used the dies to make a card and they cut cleanly the first time. This is a set I will use again and again.

Perfect for card making

Large word dies are good because they are one piece. Small word dies the letters are seperste fall apart and difficult to put words together .
