no fishy breath
no aftertaste or fish oil coming up after taking it (no fishy breath either), but I don't like that sorbitol was added. I don't know why that would be something the creator thought was necessary, but I don't want ingredients like that on top of the possibility of oil going rancid and causing oxidative stress. I usually get my omega 3's from flax and chia and sushi but I wanted to try pills to see if the days we missed could be supplemented. I will update this if I find any noticeable changes to our health. The little capsule is hard and not soft also in case that matters to anyone, so it was nice not to be accidentally squeezing oil out before it made it into my mouth.

Provides a rather low dose compared to others out there
I am new to Krill Oil and decided to try this over my typical Vegan Omega 3 supplements due to the touted health benefits and bioavailable absorption. The NYO3 claims of no fishy taste and easy to swallow hold true and GMP seal along are what led me to give this a try. I put all my daily pills/supplements in a daily pill box and noticed this doesn't soften and pill don't gel/stick together like my other Omega 3 brand does. I have not noticed any health benefits, pros or cons since taking but in comparing this to my regular Vegan Omega 3, there is a significant difference in the amount of Omega 3 and DHA & EPA per serving. Enough so that I would need to take 6 capsules of NYO3 Krill Oil to equal my other brands serving. Not something I'm interested in doing and not a cost effective supplement IMO. The company does a nice job of explaining the benefits and ingredients. Just not sure this is the right supplement for me long term.
