Simple operation for a child with phone calls,sos, alarm, torch,camera and many interesting games.I wanted to buy VTech dx2 before which is only game smart watch and i compare this model, extra sim calls,free sim cards ,sos tracker. big barget for this price. I could not imagine just 30+ dollars could get so many functions, super satisfied purchasing.I will give it as Xmas gift to my nephew

My daughter loves her watch. I inserted a free government phone chip from safe link and it works perfectly. She can call all her favorite people. Everyone was so surprised at how well the phone watch works .

Works great IF/WHEN you can get 2G service, which is almost NEVER. Its unfortunate because the sound quality on both sides of the call are excellent and I'm pleased with the watch itself. I think that its biggest failing is that the watch's technology is far older than and largely incompatible with rest of wireless technology/networks. It's a bummer because I've not found any good smart watch solution for those of us non-verizon/non-apple folks.

I inserted SIM card, which required a purchased plan, and tested with a functional call on Dec. 22. I then wrapped the watch. On Dec. 25 and every day since, the phone does not work. We have verified the SIM card plan/minutes. The phone is fully charged and shows good cell coverage. We've re-inserted SIM card. We've tried everything it doesn't work. So disappointed. Will be returning for a refund.

We bought two one for each of our daughters neither one ever worked. I bought them before Christmas so by the time the kids opened them and we noted they didn't work it was pass the return date so there went that money not to mention the money we spent on the calling chip the directions said to get to make watch be able to call. Terrible, terrible product! Only one star because It would not allow me to not give one at all!

Instructions are written by someone who has bad english skills.I was able to get most features working by trial and error. To get the phone and tracking to work you need a sim card, which you have to purchase separately.

Order came fast! Easy set up brought the SIM card need , you need to active the SIM card and get a plan it was only 5$ for a simplest plan. Can wait for my nephew to open it on Christmas!!
