Tastes like death but works
However I have felt so much better in 10days. Put it in a shot glass with an aloe Vera top up and brush my teeth straight after🤣 I Always leave it 30min after before drinking or eating.

Great results
Read about this last month and it really does seem to be working for me. I have reflux and take medication but often still get it. This along with aloe vera every day has definatley made some improvements to my digestive issues. I feel much better too !

A huge help to manage an IBS flare up
It has helped hugely with an IBS flare up that seemed to have no end in sight. (Mebeverine and buscopan were of no help). I'm now back to eating all the foods - including lots of vegetables - I want to eat. No more porridge or rice!The yoghurt type taste of the drink is interesting but in no way off putting.I'd definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to help their digestion and/or IBS. It didn't work overnight for me (I'm on my third bottle) but I did use it in conjunction with Silicol gel (blue packaging on the bottle) from the chemist.To anyone suffering from a flare up, I hope you feel better soon.

Bloating
Bought to mix with Aloe Vera to stop the bloating. You only need a cap full, so the bottle goes a long way. It tastes vile, BUT it’s brilliant for bloating, just mix with the Aloe and some water.

Acquired taste...
A friend gagged and said it was like drinking sour milk. I said it's fermented whey...I did sympathise as after the initial shock, I've grown accustomed to the taste and find it refreshing now. She nearly fainted when I said I put a dollop in water.I use it for toothache, receding gums, coughs, sore throats, dodgy tum and whenever I feel under the weather. Definitely a 'must' in my go to list for ailments.My last batch was the large size which arrived soiled as if it had leaked or something had leaked on it. Amazon dealt with that and I've since ordered the smaller size which is more expensive but handier if I'm only using it for a short time.
