Some problems
This arrived missing some of the attachment pieces. I tried to use the parts from the old seat, that looked identical, but they didn't anchor the seat . Amazon was wonderful and immediately replaced the whole seat. Once in use, I found that the seat scratches. The seam is in the middle of the "donut hole" and when sitting on it, it pushes into my skin and feels that it could cause a good scratch. I thought that perhaps it was just me, or that I had an odd way of sitting but I don't have a problem with the other bathroom seat. I then inspected the other seat and found that the seam is not visible from the top, rather, tucked under, and therefore doesn't cause this problem. This seat is very well made and I would have been quite pleased but can't live with this discomfort.

Don't buy
Seat broke after a couple times using it. Hinge broke and screws coming out of seat.

Comfortable, nice color
Comfortable, nice color, came on time but it cracked within the first week. It's just a tiny, tiny crack, that didn't grow so I'm still using it, but given the price, no problem to replace it fairly often
