Ceramic Marble Coated Non Stick Cast Aluminium Fry Pan with Lid, 32 cm (12.5 inches)

This pan has the best non stick surface we have ever seen. Also it is light weight yet cooks well and evenly. The only thing we don't like about the pan is the shorter handle (unlike the longer handle) is metal so it gets too hot for a bare hand. A potential problem is with its light aluminum construction, we question it's durability. However, we've used it about a month and as of yet its holding up fine. Time will tell.Also the glass lid is beautifully engineered with a small vent hole to prevent steam and liquid from spewing out and dripping down the side of the pan. You can clearly see the food cooking and the plastic handle makes the lid easy to grip with a bare hand even when hot.

First use cooking went fine. (But during clean-up the coating on the pan's bottom side started to peel in several places. Seller said that they had no other complaints but would replace if I shipped it back and paid shipping. So I've cut my loses and am keeping it.) Seller did a follow-up with the manufacturer who stated that the peeling area is only for cosmetics and should come off.Thanks Belinda for going the extra mile.We have a set of marble cookware that have aluminium cooking bottoms and like them very much.

WOW, NOTHING STICKS TO THIS PAN. Great for pancakes. And clean up is so easy. No fat cooking. I wish I had the smaller pans also.

Worked great at first. I thought, finally a product that works like teflon without peeling and my family eating the coating....WRONG. I babied this skillet. I only used plastic utensils, low heat and hand washed it. I'm going to throw them all away. Mamaw knew best...cast iron skillets will be my cookware from now on!!!!

I am sending it back. Coating started coming off in a big way on first use. Possibly the coating on the inside of the pan and the bottom are applied differently. I bought this one because it is BIG and has a lid, wish it had worked.I will stick with a different brand that I have used 40 times now with no apparent issues. Would love to have a big ceramic coated pan with a lid that did not have the coating fall off as soon as you used it.

I find this pan very easy to use. It browns well and cleans very easily. I has room enough to fry or brown without overcrowding the pan.Delivery was prompt and I was surprised to have to attach the handle myself. (only one screw).

Great Product - cleans up with a paper towelI have yet to see anything stick to it!Only thing I would do different - is buy one size smaller!! LOL12 1/2" pan is Huge!Highly recommend!!

works great, but still flakes like regular teflon after a while and when i ordered one for a wedding there was a notice that a product that is used in the material has been ban'd in california
