I love this teas before bed! A little honey and it’s amazing.

This tea is so good. It really relaxed me for sleeping

I drink at least one cup of this tea every single night. It provides just enough of a calming effect on me to help me wind down without making me feel drugged or tired in the morning. The tea has a very pleasant taste and doesn’t require anything to be added to it (other than hot water, of course ). The box comes with a waxy bag inside that is a little sticky. I like to take the tea bags out, separate them (they come two together with a perforation between them), and store them in a mason jar. Some people are surprised when they realize these aren’t individually wrapped and don’t have a string. Don’t let that bother you - the tea is delicious and a good value.

I was skeptical about this product not really believing it would work, but I’ve been drinking it every night since I got it and I go right to sleep like a baby so yes, it does work. It’s great stuff.! Taste may get a little hard at first to get used to, but it’s not a bad taste. It’s just very different but once I started taking it every night now I’m starting to like the taste. I add honey and it’s pretty good.

I bought this to take before I go to sleep, and I really get a deep sleep and feel good when I wake up the next day.
