DC Comics Retro Style Boxed 8 Inch Action Figures: Batman

Love these retro figures. Had order some in the past and the packaging wasn’t great.Would love if the seller can let me know what clamshell blisters these arrived with, appreciate those!

We’ve, all, seen action fig reissues. Both, good, & bad. Unfortunately, more bad than good. 😟I was very excited to hear that the Mego toy co. would be returning. & w New action figs too.I am very disappointed in the quality, character choices, & appearance of the New Mego toy releases.Mego was “THE” co for paramount action figs! In the 70s, they could not ever be beat.The character choices; movie/ TV franchises licensed by Mego were the perfect choices then.The look, the face moldings, & their clothes were, just, stellar. As a boy, when I’d hear that Mego would “be licensing/ releasing” a fave character of mine. I couldn’t wait to see how they’d execute it; from head to toe?!!Again, Mego’s new fig releases are kinda’ sad. Like, it’s orig founder; Abrahams, has lost his touch?He went from releasing , both, DC & Marvel comics’ main characters, The Planet Of The Apes, etc., etc.. To today’s choices; “the Facts of Life” cast, “Married W Children” cast, & the “I Dream Of Jeanie” cast?!!& they look awful.They don’t even look anything like the 70s Mego female figures.But, never fear..“Figures Toy Co”is here!!And, they’re saving the day too!They’ve must’ve licensed Mego’s orig doll molds? Because, their Mego reissues are, just, perfect! They look just like their orig 1970s-1980s Mego released action figs.The diffs are so minimalistic, their not even worth mentioning.Also, Figures has, moderately, priced them to move!Unlike, when they re-released the Jem dolls of the 90s.Not only, does The Figures toy co re-release the best lot of orig Mego figs.. They also, re-released orig Mego play sets, & vehicles too!And, they released the best of that lot; the Aquaman/ (Great White) Shark play set, the Batcave, the Batmobile/ Batcycle, And in their orig black color.But, also in two new colors; fire engine red, & in a 1950s ‘Capri’ blue too. Very much, colored as in the 1970s/1980s ‘Super Friends’ era.Packaged in beautiful re-issues of its orig box, feat very colorful graphics!Again, they’re priced, moderately; TO MOVE!And, if you’re a little short (financially)?You can buy them for a little less; in a bag; & w/o the box.The only drawback, re. The Figures Toy Co’s Mego re-issued action figs, is that they’re made in a limited amount. Def, enough for everyone to buy. Just, don’t wait that long.. Because, when they’re gone. They’re Gone!In that case, you might be able to snag them on eBay? But, they will cost more, once, out of print.Last, the Figures toy co staff also, takes great “liberties” w some of Mego’s popular figs…Making, 12 inch sized figs of Batman, Batgirl, Joker, the Penguin, Aqua Man, Superman, etc..They’ve also, made Mego reissue collector sets; having two retro Superman figs, basically, for the price of one.One, wearing his orig 1979s Mego toy co issued clothes, & also, the more modern “Super Friends” costume too!!I can’t wait to see which New Mego figs that they’re going to re-issue next?!! 😜😬

excellent reproduction of the action figures of the 70s, but not suitable for children, the material of the gloves is of poor quality and they break very easily, functional and firm joints, it has not broken yet, but I insist, it is not for children, I think which is more for collectors of MEGO toys.

I was so disappointed in the quality of this product. Batman's arm was broken before we took him out of the box. This was way over priced and I regret the purchase I made for my grandson. This is a very cheaply made action figure. My grandson is 5 years old and did enjoy playing with it, but one piece after another began to fall of the action figure. Complete waste of money.

I ORDERED THIS BATMAN ACTION FIGURE FOR MY SON AS THE BATMAN SYMBOL IS UPSIDE DOW AND STITCHING NIT EVEN DONE RIGHT FROM THE LOWER BOTTOM EVERY TIME I ATTEMPT TO CONTACT SELLER I GET IGNORED DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY MY SON LOVES THE OLD SCHOOL BATMAN ITS A SHAME!!!YOU CANNOT TRUST ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER!!

A little more attention to quality control would be good. Wobbly head and somewhat loose limbs. Main concern is that the Bat Emblem on Batman's chest is crooked and offset way to the left!!! Overall not too bad really I guess. "Obviously only made as a display model". And therefore I am happy enough.
