This is the 3rd electric drain cleaning machine I have used. The best value and performance. Wonderful experience, so easy and so fast to make my kitchen work like a dream. Every year I have to order drain cleaning once because of the age of my house and today I saved $100. 2 more times, this machine is free : ) Besides, the freedom of not kissing the plumber's ass begging for earlier appintment is priceless.Strongly recommanded to anyone that need a commercial unit @ home unit price.

It’s paid for itself! I’ve used it about 6+ times.I wish I had one with an auto feed. It’s very hard to push it in and pull it out.Use those heavy leather work gloves!!!!! This is a very powerful tool that can snag any rubber or cloth gloves.

This piece of Chinese crap was so poorly designed and built, it fell apart in shipping. The motor is bolted to a plate that is attached to the rest of the machine's frame which is poor quality square tubing made of some sort of reject steel by a single cantilevered piece of the same material poorly welded to the other members. The weld was so bad, the penetration was less than 20 percent and nonexistent on more than 2 sides...additionally the welder actually burned THROUGH the metal at its already weakest point. No first year engineering student or even beginning welder would possibly approve this junk. On edit 2 weeks later, my criticism of the product is not directed at the seller who was helpful in giving me return documents which allowed me to send it back at no cost to me, and they also refunded my original cost and shipping charges.

If you are looking for a drain snake for your home OR you are an apartment supervisor or have rental property that YOU maintain ........ This is the unit for you. Well made, Nice heavy wire snake and easy to use. This IS a model withOUT wheels that I added to the frame. This unit IS heavy so I recommend the model WITH wheels.

It works but mine was quite out of balance so it was a bit unnerving using it. It stayed together and got the job done though so there is that. Quality control is poor but I'm not sure what I should expect at the price point. The operation was pretty good besides the imbalance and it took me a while to figure out how to properly reel it back in.

It was better than I execpted I thought it would be loud motor it's very quite when it running the foot paddle is you control the speed if your going too fast take your foot off and it will stop and its heavy too pick up I did not realize that's fine it's built to do the job it's intended for I like this😃

It snakes quite well but I have had great difficulties trying to get the cable back into the machine. Countless "tangles" which forces me to stop and address before being able to retract cable. The cable really gets fouled up in the drum when retracting.
