What a bummer. When I ordered these, they were the best rated, but I’ve had nothing but problems!1) Hard to get positioned in the ear correctly2) slip out easily, constantly have to adjust- without jogging or running3) When using and turn on, it says it’s on, and that it’s “connected,” but just about never does the first time. I have to turn it off and on over and over again. Might take 4-5 tries.4) Lost the sound in one ear completely.-I think another one as wellGot these to replace a Mindkoo I’d accidentally broken the cord on- big mistake!

Even with the smallest ear pieces they are still to big for my ear. Sound quality isn’t the best, no matter what I listen to it sounds a bit muffled. I’ve bought other blue tooth headphones around the same price point and they were much better than these. I wouldn’t recommend these.

They’re fine headphones- but they don’t really come with extra earpieces small enough to fit my ears. Because of this I can’t use them to exercise with or even walk to vigorously. Sometimes they fall out while I’m just sitting completely still. It’s really disappointing

Seemed to be a good headset but can't get it to recharge. Thought we just had a one-off defective set but the replacement set also would not recharge. Obviously, earbuds are worthless if can't recharge. Very disappointed with the quality issues.

Charge does not last long. Sound level is not even on both sides, right is louder. Makes a stupid beep whenever i change song, skip through video, lock screen, etc almost to let me know a different type of sound is coming through.

Headphones lose their signal if you step more than 3 steps away from your phone. Would be ok if you’re running with your phone, but not ok if you’re working out in a gym.

The sound quality is great when sitting down but once you start moving the sounds breaks up. I haven’t even tried with a workout just a simple walk threw the grocery store.

Range is spotty at times. Doesn't stay in ear well when running or jogging.
