MOOGK8848 Stabilizer Bar Link Kit

I replaced the factory stabilizer bar links on my '04 Mustang V6 a couple of years ago because one of them broke in half while I was driving the car. It was an easy enough fix, I paid like $17 bucks each for whatever brand the local major chain automotive store happened to have on hand. Installation took about 15 minutes each side and my dad and I were able to do it in our driveway. Easy.Fast forward to about 18 months later; we were investigating a knocking sound coming from under my car and noticed that one of the stabilizer bar links had a stripped nut. So, I ordered replacements and this time I bought Moog (we have replaced almost all of my car's front end suspension over the past year, almost all of it with Moog parts and haven't been dissappointed yet).The difference in quality between the Moog links and the ones they replaced is immediately noticeable. The Moog links are heavier, they feel like they are made from higher quality materials, the metal washer parts are curved to fit the bushings and the bushings seem molded to a much better fit. Also the threads seem to be a cleaner cut and feel stronger all around. The Moog links cost less but they don't seem "cheap" at all! Quality parts!

Helped improve my ride quality

Another great suspension product from Moog. Fit my bar perfectly and replaced my OEM rubber bushings, really helped to improve the ride quality.

Bought two sets. One of the two was missing the end nut rendering it useless.

Worked but expect better from MooG

Parts are fine...nothing spectacular. For the price I am not sure it is supposed to be spectacular. The only problem for me is that it was not clear that there was only one side per order/box. So, I had to re install one of the originals while awaiting another order that I had to submit.The only reason for reducing to 4 stars is that they could easily point out that one package/order only takes care of one side.

really improved the stability of the car. Mine had over 110,000 miles with original links which were cracked and worn. Pleasantly surprised that I could install these with bolt side up, which made torqueing them a breeze compared to the original style which had a nut on top and bottom.
