Decent product
As an insomniac for the past 11 years, I was looking for a product that actually kept me asleep. Ambiatol, when used on a regular basis, does a fair job of ensuring 6 hours of sleep for me. I don't take it on the weekends. The 3 stars is due to the company sending me a shipment in January, which had an expiration of November.

Didn't work for me
Ambiatol proved ineffective in helping me relax and/or sleep. I've used supplements before (Myocalm) that worked much better. Sadly, despite the positive reviews, Ambiatol didn't help me sleep at all. Your mileage may vary however as everyone's physiology is slightly different.

Not very effective
I tried this product for a few weeks and after 1 or 2 hours of sleep I was awake for the rest of the night.I kept thinking that after a time it would work but it never did.

Not any better than alteril
I tried this and alteril and it costs a lot less. I use herbal sleep aids so I can cut back on prescription meds. The cost is why I rated it low

It works to assist in getting to sleep
I have a problem getting to sleep. I take a prescription sleeping pill however over time it dosent work as well getting to sleep. Ambiatol actually works well to get me to sleep.

This is the best over the counter sleep aid I've bought so far.It works a lot more than it doesn't.

never took it
I never was able to take this products. upon arrival, firat thing i noticed was that it had am experation date of 04/10. I got great survice and assistance in the returning of it, but didn't choose to reorder it.
