These pills are amazing for my lactose intolerance. In the last year, I quickly become intolerant and went from being able to have dairy every day to not even being able to have butter. Even with taking three Costco pills I would have bloating, pain, gas and eventually be stuck in the toilet. I would kiss while says crying and in pain. I read up on why my other pills weren't working and realized that I am on the extreme end of lactose intolerance and probably needed stronger pills. These lactojoy have been AMAZING. I can finally eat out again and have dishes that includes butter or milk. I even had my first piece of pizza in six months. I still avoid dairy when I can, but now I'm no longer afraid to eat out. I will take one if I suspect butter, two for pastries and 3-4 if it has straight milk or cheese. This has worked well. I still get slightly gassy when I have cheese but nothing compared to the monsters I used to unleash. Highly recommend this product and I will be a lifer.

If you’ve given up on lactose, these might be your ticket back to enjoying dairy! I had gotten to the point that no matter how many lactaid type pills I took, I was still utterly miserable when I had dairy. These pills have been a game changer because of the potency and how small and easy they are to take 2-3 at a time. These pills case is excellent as well as it makes it very convenient to toss in your pocket or a bag when you’re heading out. It could be because I’m still figuring out dosing but I have noticed sometimes the pills seem to wear off more quickly if I drink anything besides plain water with my meal. It’s happened so consistently that I feel a warning on the package or a note about taking only with plain water is important so people can re-dose earlier. I’ve shared these with all my friends who had given up on dairy. And I’m really glad to have stumbled on these so I can finally enjoy foods again that I haven’t eaten in years.

My son is -violently- lactose intolerant. A slice of American cheese will have him projectile vomiting in half an hour or less. Until about a year ago it was well controlled with regular lactaid tablets, and he could eat his favorite garbage kid foods, cheeseburgers, pizza, etc. We took a week long trip to Orlando where we ate super rich foods, a ton of artisinal chocolate, all kinds of desserts, etc. And as soon as we got back, suddenly the lactaid pills didn't work anymore. At all. He couldn't even eat McDonald's fries without getting sick (yes they have dairy in them!) He went dairy free for about six months and was very sad. Then we found Lactojoy. One little tablet makes a huge difference for him and he can eat his favorite things again!

I know these types of pills are heat sensitive, most don't like being over 77F. That said, I ordered mine early May, so temperatures were still pretty low. These things are incredible. I've used the Lactaid Original, Lactaid Fast Acting, and the CVS Extra Strength. Original required so many pills, 3 recommended (usually had to go more for meals with lots of lactose); fast acting had the opposite effect on me and made everything way worse; CVS Extra Strength was my go to it only recommended 2 pills, worked pretty well, and CVS are everywhere. I'm not sure what changed, but CVS has been sold out of their Extra Strength pills for a few weeks now and I even tried multiple CVS in two different states. I had to search for something new. Enter LactoJoy. The reviews are mostly good, it's still spring so the shipping process isn't going to be too hot, and I liked that they come in a tin. Figured I would give them a shot. I've thrown just about everything I can at it while still only taking the recommended 1 pill. One meal was a cheese plate followed by mac and cheese, another meal was enchiladas with sour cream, another was chili cheese tots and a milk shake. Each of these meals I would have taken 3+ of the CVS Extra Strength and it would have eliminated the discomfort, but I would still be gassy and end up in the bathroom a few hours later. However, the LactoJoy I had no discomfort, no bathroom visit, only the shake made me a little gassy (very little compared to others). I'm going to buy more to stock up now.

C’est pour le moment ma marque d’enzyme préférée. En tant qu’étudiante en médecine, c’est celle que je recommande à mes patients ( et non, je ne reçois aucun avantage de cette entreprise ). Après avoir testé personnellement ces enzymes pendant 3 mois, je les trouve bien efficaces, même sur une intolérance sévère. J’ai l’habitude de manger régulièrement du lactose et c’est devenu mon allier pour beaucoup de repas. 1 boîte de 80cp tient environ 3 mois. Elles ne sont pas efficaces à 100% tout le temps, mais prises à temps, elles s’approchent du 95%. 1 comprimé contient la dose suffisante pour un repas avec une contenance de lactose moyenne. Il m’arrive de doubler la dose (risotto ou flanc par exemple) ou de la diviser par deux (juste un dessert à la crème), en cela les comprimés sécables sont très utiles. J’avais lu que quelqu’un recommandait de les croquer légèrement afin que leur effet total soit atteint rapidement et en même temps que le repas car elles étaient trop compactées et je confirme. La boîte est très pratique, discrète. J’en ai commandé plusieurs pour en laisser au travail par exemple pour ne pas être prise au dépourvue. Je me demande par contre si le fait que cette boîte ne soit pas hermétique ne détériore pas la qualité des enzymes pour des personnes pour qui une boîte durerait plus de 3 mois. Enfin une dernière question, je me demande si ces enzymes ne pourraient pas être un facteur (mineur) d’aggravation d’une gastrite/ulcère/reflux gastro-œsophagien. Je n’ai pas encore trouvé la réponse mais je la publierais ici dès que je l’aurais. Question prix, je trouve l’option de recharge très intéressante. J’ai apprécié le minimum d’emballage également.

Je n’ai lu qu’un seul commentaire remontant exactement le même problème que moi : 1h après avoir pris certaines pilules (c’est étrangement aléatoire), des crampes abominables et de très fortes nausées. Ce ne sont pas du tout les symptômes que j’ai si je ne prend pas de lactase.

Since I used LactoJoy, I can finally enjoy my business trips and going out for dinner with friends without worrying about where and what I eat. Because of the high dosage I just have to pop a pill before I eat and no problems at all. I am just thrilled that the pill is that small and contains only lactase and potato starch. So it is possible to easily chew the pills if you have no liquids around you and it is just awesome that the pill has no taste at all. What LactoJoy makes really unique is, besides the great working lactase pill, the classy design of the tin box. It is so handy to go out and to take LactoJoy with you. I always have a box in the inside pocket of my jacket so I am prepared for spontaneously meals. It’s really funny, one of my friends asked me once if he could have a mint too, before I told him about the lactase pills. To sum up: I can certainly recommend LactoJoy and I will purchase these pills again!

I am extremely disappointed! This product does not work. There are other ones that actual work for less money. I am now stuck with these pills that I can’t use and have paid $60 for them. Don’t waste your money. I had to go to the pharmacy and buy some over the counter.
