I absolutely LOVE this watercolor set! When it first arrived, I was skeptical of the small colors. But after playing with it for a few weeks,I couldn't be happier. The colors are small but they seen to really last! And the colors, I mean, they are stunning. The "Candy" colors are thick and luscious. The metallic shine for days! The neons pop! And the rest of the colors are just as awesome. My only wish is that there could be room for a pallet. But I guess nothing is perfectly perfect. Also, this is my own review, I am not getting anything out of it. Except sharing my thoughts. Happy painting!

I have found this kit to be extremely enjoyable and easy to use. I really loved the swatch paper, and I think this product could be improved by adding a few printed image coloring sheets, to practice playing with the brushes. Maybe developing an additional product to teach beginning skills of watercolor. It comes with a plastic divider to help separate the two sides of color which I thought was a nice touch. It’s a metal box that feels like the size of a pencil case but the sturdiness of a metal lunch box. Holds up well in my book bag with lots of journals, laptop, lunchbox, etc. from what I’ve used so far it seems to work very well for the cost. I love the diversity of colors and the metallic ones too! I always wait for colors to dry before closing the case so I’m not sure if it leaks or not. Might need to wipe down the colors of loose moisture for traveling artists, but that’s not something I’ve tried before. I hope this helps!

Rich, beautiful saturated colors. The metallic colors have such a beautiful sparkle. Although the watercolor paints are great quality, the included water color pens are inferior. It started losing hair from my first stroke and never stopped! Buy for the watercolor but throw out the pens.

This was probably the best watercolor set I've ever purchased before, but i must admit that when it came the package was a bit damaged and three of the paints were dislodged and had to be glued down, but other than that this was amazing! the colors are nice and vivid with a wide range of both mid-fluorescent, to pastel tones. It did have a nice range of reds which i feel is crucial as many sets from other brands usually have weak reds, the watercolors themselves work nicely when dried they don't feel chalky or lose their vibrancy, their easy to blend and the way Grabie set up the colors makes me want to get ready to paint every time i see the tin! it has little to no downsides! no funky or off putting smells, not many paints that look near identical, amazing color range, ect! if your a new artist or a seasoned one in need of watercolors let me introduce you to Grabie!

Vibrant colors. I like that it is portable, you could take outside. There are three brushes which you can fill with water. Also included: watercolor paper and a sketch pencil.

Beautiful watercolor set! I have purchased it 3x (2x as a gift) vibrant colors for watercoloring. I love that it’s easy to pack up and take anywhere! The case has a built in mix tray making it easy to water down or saturate colors as well! Perfect for any age and any level of watercolor enthusiast!
