How do you choose one of the symbols to engrave? When I type #27 that's what shows up on the necklace, but I want the symbol (star w/circle) for #27.
Is the chain real sterling silver?
Does the chain come in a smaller size? I would like to purchase one for my 2 1/2 yr old but I think it would be too long.
Saw some comments that the heart flips upside down a lot. Any opinions on this????
