This is an excellent tracking collar to keep track of your dog. The charge lasts a long time. The app is easy to use and set up on your phone. We liked it so much that we bought a second one for our new dog.

After relying on an AirTag and realizing how much it DIDN’T help when your dog gets lost, we quickly upgraded to Fi after our neighbor recommended it.Cannot say enough great things about the Fi collar. We used, and loved, a GPS version of an invisible fence collar for our last dog, but our new dog is somewhat of a rescue. She is in no way, shape, or form going to be an off-leash pet for a long time - we unfortunately learned this the hard way when she bolted out of her kennel one evening. Although she had an AirTag on her collar, our remote location and her never being in close enough proximity to anyone with an iPhone was a huge issue.Our neighbor, who helped us look for our dog, strongly recommended a Fi collar, and we now understand why! Great product, easy to set up, connectivity with GPS/cellular/bluetooth/Wifi is spot on, and it’s been very durable. The low profile of the device is great, and we love that we have so many collar options from awesome Fi Makers. 10/10 will be our choice for all of our future dogs!

Bought this 5 months ago and just got to setting it up.I’m absolutely heated with the Collar—it’s a complete letdown and a privacy nightmare! I bought this overpriced gadget expecting reliable tracking to keep my dog safe, but it’s utterly useless. The GPS is a joke—my dog bolted past the virtual fence I set up, and the app had the audacity to claim he was still "with me" inside the house. What’s the point of a tracking collar that can’t track?!The app is even worse, shoving annoying ads into my notifications like I’m some freebie user, not someone who paid for their product.My inbox is drowning in daily marketing emails from Fi, despite never signing up for this nonsense.Their privacy policy is a slap in the face: they collect everything—my contact info, precise geolocation, even my dog’s behavior—and share it with “business partners” for ads and who-knows-what-else. They claim they don’t “sell” data under CCPA, but that’s just legal wordplay—they’re still handing it off to third parties left and right.This collar and app are a infuriating waste of money, more focused on milking my data than keeping my pet safe. Save yourself time and steer clear of this garbage!

It took a bit of trouble shooting at first to get the safe zone working properly. It's still not perfect and it's delayed some but it's close. The customer service people have been very helpful and great to chat with and help you understand whatever questions you have. I got the extra small. Im using this with my cat. He is 10.5lbs. I can't really see how a very small dog or toy breed would do with this. Dogs necks are longer but my cat is twice the size and it's enough that I take it off him when he comes in and we put his regular collar back on. Not the most comfortable collar on that small of a pet. It would be helpful if the collar wasn't so wide. The GPS is flat and thin which was one of the top reasons I bought it. The weight and design is better than other GPS collars. The distance we've gone so far has been 7 miles from the base and it's still working perfectly fine. It knew we drove to the vet and the location was accurate. The battery lasts a very long time. I charge it when it's at 80%. I haven't let it go beyond that but it takes over a week to use that 20%. I bought the one that tracks steps, sleep, and walks. There is a difference between the more expensive one. The other one has more health information. This one was suitable for our needs. Not perfect but better than any of the other options out there. I will continue past the free membership period.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:TAKE MY MONEY! Today, from moment of alert, to back home safely, 8 MINUTES! He was 1/2 mile away.My Houdini dog searches for ways to escape the property. He checks to see if I’m watching. If I am, he stops, if he thinks I’m “not”, he continues to search for a weak spot. Today, I went to the bathroom while he was doing the same, so I thought. To my chagrin, he woke up with a jailbreak on his mind, and a solid plan. To be clear, these are his adventures and my nightmares. He is a well pampered dog in a pack of 3. His best friend is a Belgium Maligator/GermanSheppard mix, his best escape buddy is a Yellow Lab, and he is a Border Collie/Golden Retriever mix. He could do my taxes if he had an opposable thumb! He is spoiled rotten, all the toys and play time he wants and a huge yard, 1/3 acre to play in and tear up, dig till his heart is content. It’s fenced to 5ft high. It’s a great life, and he will always come back… when he is tired, and I’m freaked out and scared. Usually 6-8hrs later. It would be different if we lived in a rural area, but we live between a super busy 4 lane road, and a lake, in central Florida. Road = trucks, Lake = gator snack given the right opportunity. Last time he escaped, I found him after hours of searching, with ZERO help from the AirPod. That’s when I learned he needed to be 200ft from an apple Bluetooth source to help. Waste of money. Lesson learned, I looked for a real time, or close to it, GPS tracker that was not bulky, that I could keep on the collar full time, didn’t draw the attention of the other dogs to bite at and chew off. Water resistent, durable and didn’t rely on Bluetooth or WiFi, to pick up a signal. F3 was it. I have one for every dog. This time, 8 minutes from alert to home. Gladly pay for the peace of mind. Just knowing which way to go is a huge help! Lots of ways a dog can choose. This makes my life easier, my dogs safer. 100% worth every penny.

Awesome expensive but worth a piece of mind. Works as stated. Love it.
