The Sun Fiber used in Healthy Origins healthy fiber is a water-soluble dietary fiber derived from Guargum and contains approximately 6 grams of dietary fiber per spoon (7.5 grams). As promised-no smell and taste. Dissolves in water easily. Very effective particularly if your diet lacks sufficient fibers

the powder is very chunky. it doesn't dissolve easily like the others do. and it doesn't seem to work for digestion. generally a waste of money. i agree with the other 1 star reviews. it might have been a bad batch so i order another one to be sure. same problem! give me a refund!!!!!!
