Very capable and versatile manscaping Product. Any place that you may have hair this is made to remove it in a sharp and natural way. I use it on my Netherlands and my beard it is versatile. Every man should have this yes. And the price is right. I can't say enough good things about all of the tools that come with this. It makes it so you can cut your nose hairs and your ear hair without a problem. All I'm saying cuz I don't know how I lived without this. Purchased this set 09/2018, and it died a month ago. I used it primarily for beard and sideburn trimming about 2-3 times a week. The main unit was relatively lightweight. For my use, I left the main trimmer head and plastic guide on nearly all the time. It came with several attachment heads for specific uses; these are removed and installed to the main body with a simple twist and lift. Guides snap on easily to the trimmer accessory head. Because of the prevalence of plastic components, I'm thinking that one would want to avoid repetitive swapping out of the attachment heads. Main trimmer head blades were sharp - no tugging. Battery life was very good, and cleaning was simple. Comes with several attachment heads (detail trimmer, ear and nose trimmer, micro-cover, etc.), and a carry case. A product that does as advertised - as long as it was working. However, since I believe a product like this should last longer than 2.5 years, it gets 2 stars.

I made an earlier review stating that I really liked this product when I first got it. The quality of the beard trim that you get is great, and there are many accessories for the handle that you can use. However, the handle unit suddenly stopped charging and turning on one day. The charging indicator light as showing a weird green red color.After I published my review, Tim from customer service immediately got ahold of me and offered to replace the unit free of charge. The product still works great and now they also get points for amazing customer service. Will update again if the product malfunctions, but so far, it's working great!

It was ok at first then some (2) of the heads plastic interiors broke. Therefore would not work properly.However...the seller has resent me a new and improved model. Said, they updated the plastic pieces so breakage shouldn’t happen. I’m very happy with the way I was treated!

This review is an amendment to my initial one star review. I was very pleased with the merchandise, but it abruptly stopped working. When the seller became aware of the situation, immediate action was taken to replace the clippers. I am very pleased with the clippers and the speed and willingness of the seller to provide appropriate service. I definitely recommend the clippers.

*Update* After posting this comment I was contacted by the seller and sent a new electric razor, which is working great so far.When I ordered this product about a month ago it looked great but I noticed very rare feedback about some units having a breakdown in their charging function. I thought, what the heck it seems like a low chance of breakdown and a good product.My razor was working great until one day I noticed that the charging light wasn't lighting up anymore. A couple of weeks later (great battery life when charged!) the battery finally died and I can't recharge it. Pretty bummed that I was unlucky enough to get one of the bad products.

By far the best beard trimmer I have ever bought. battery last really long and has a ton of attachments. Great for cutting hair or body hair. Never bogs out even on thick hair. I would recommend to friends and family.

This moustache & beard trimmer does more than you think. You can trim your hair with it. Cut your hair with it (although you would need someone to do this for you - but it works great). For those who want a specialty cut, you can do it with this gadget. The bag is nice, but the hard case is awesome! I love it!
