Great if you know what youre doing.
These chips are much smaller than other but are really designed for a smoker box. They smoke nicely and I found one scoop in a smoker box lasted for the length of the cook-up.Dont add them directly to coals or lava rock in a gas BBQ, they'll just burn off like other chips. If you dont have a smoker box, soak them well and sprinkle little and often.
