I used this on a brown stained wooden TV cabinet and side cupboard. The tin is small but it covered both pieces of furniture (I did not paint the backs nor shelves of TV cabinet) am really impressed. My tired old fashioned looking furniture now has a contemporary look. It only took one coat and was so easy to use. I dropped a few drops on my parquet flooring and it cleaned off easily enough. The colour is as shown on listing, its a lovely colour that I would describe as a French navy. I would recommend and definitely use again. I have attached a pic that shows the brown I covered.

I ordered satin "off white" assuming it would be very slightly creamy in colour but it was not, it was actually very "white" more like brilliant white? howver it was not a real issue for me. Also, it is marketed and named "One Coat" but it needed a minimum of 2 coats (could have done with a third coat) as the aged oil based white (creamy) paint was still very visible after 1 coat and barely visible after 2 coats. (The previous paint was sanded and cleaned appropriately prior to re-painting). NOTE: That it does state it acts as a base coat and "first" coat in one, so technically not a "one coat" paint. The paint was very easy to apply and smoothed out on a horizontal surface to a nice even finish with barely any brush strokes visible. Virtully no odour. Drying time was acceptably fast enough but in reality longer than 30 minutes. I used just under half of the 250ml tin to paint a very large 1.8m x 0.9m antique mirror frame, so happy with the coverage, which would equate to about 1 square metre of surface area, which is about as advertised. Overall i am quite happy with this paint and would use again, mindful that it needs more than one coat especially if it was to cover a dark colour. Hence one star deducted for the colour not a expected from the description, but accepted that it doee not specify clearly in what way the colour is "off " white? it certainly was not a creamy white.

Fabulous product. Better than Frenchic for furniture and covers anything. Painted over some tired Marley floor tiles in just one coat too! Used on ceramic wall tiles and just ordered more as I’m so impressed I’m going to paint my woodwork, bannisters and panelling!! Dries in 30 to 45 minutes too with minimal odour. A little seems to go a long way too and so easy to wash up brushes, roller & tray. I’ll update when I see how daily “ life “ affects it but so far, wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

I’ve never usually bother writing a review, but this paint is exceptional, I usually use Frenchic for my furniture but couldn’t get any delivered in the time frame required so thought I would give this a bash. It goes on so easily, definitely a one coat wonder on my wooden furniture, a little goes a long way, a great finish, I purchase a 1 litre tin, I’ve painted 2 large chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, a small table and a wardrobe, I even watered it down 50/50 and painted a lampshade and there’s half a tin left. Super happy with the effectiveness of this great product, never going back to Frenchic again.

Two coats recommended - I did sand and prime before I sued this paint as my cupboards wasn't the greatest but I am very impressed with the outcome. Highly recommend this paint! I've bought another Tin. One 1ltr tin probably would have done my whole kitchen and I have 20 cupboards - but I did go over a few again as there was imperfections. I'm going to paint my fridge now 🤣

Disapointing! I ordered the matt sage green and its a lovely colour. I wanted to update a cabinet and was pleased to find a paint that boasted no need to prime or seal. The paint needed 2 coats for desired colour and looked great for about a day but the paint scratches off so easily. I tested it and i can scrape it off with a finger nail. Not ideal when its a frequently used cabinet and just grabbing the door handle scratches paint off.. similar to if I'd painted with childs poster paint.

Lovely paint, a beautiful colour, hardwearing and did only need one coat. It looks fantastic as part of my bathroom makeover.
