Makes great porridge
As the Golspie mill in the highlands shut its doors (sadly) I needed a ready available supply of oatmeal for my daily porridge breakfast, and Amazon came to the rescue with this product. I tend to mix with some fine or medium oatmeal. I toast in the pan initially with a little Cornish sea salt or Mara. I the cook in water. I sometimes steep overnight. It makes a delicious and nutritious start to the day. I take natural yoghurt (full fat) or double cream and a wee splash of whisky for a special treat. Love it.

Makes a great bowl of oatmeal.
I use this when I want a bowl of oatmeal. It is fast and easy, and is very good. I usually have a spoonful of golden syrup on it, which goes perfectly, although sugar is good too.
