Loud and annoying
Yes you too can annoy HGV drivers with loud horns by using this.Loud car audio can't compare either.

I bought this as a bit of a joke to wake up my teenage daughters when they refuse to get out of bed.It is very loud, far too loud for indoor use.I've repurposed it as an alarm for my outbuilding; works well in that use case.
