Not quite what I was looking for but interesting book.

Comprehensive guide, well priced

This book is what's in the title but so much more. It contains a wealth of information on dressmaking skills for beginning, intermediate, and advanced sewers - dress makers, quilt makers, applique, and sewers. This book has a great amount of information on tools and their usage, more so than any other book I've seen. It also has online tutorials that correspond with the book. You can use your smartphone or computer to watch the tutorials. "It's like having your very own dressmaking tutor by your side." I love this book and highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys sewing.
