A great product.. Wild freeze dried bilberry powder. Great for Baking, smoothies or encapsulation. Great taste and texture. A great way to get antioxidants! although expensive, this powder is worth it! The best one I have found on Amazon. Actually, the only wild bilberry powder I have found period.

I'm impressed by the quality of the ingredients, so it's the blueberry powder I prefer. The whole idea is to purchase a product that will give my body the best chance of getting or staying healthy and I think this is one of them.

I'm sure it works but the powder stained my fingers, my counter and my teeth! Even when put into a drink or yoghurt it was like a blue dye. Who knows what it would do to your intestinal tract!

I am very impressed with the quality of this product. Its deep color means a lot of antioxidant power. The flavor is great. I will definitely be buying more in the future. It is not inexpensive, but the quality is high and I feel that it is very much worth the expense.

I do not have a problem with this product per se, I have a problem with how it is labeled. It says it is wild blueberry powder, it is actually Billberry, not blueberry! The genus is actually Vaccinium myrtillus for Billberry. Wild blueberries are Vaccinium angustifolium. Completely different fruit, but both in the berry family.

I use wild blueberry powder in my smoothie because of a study showing that those who did so improved their cognitive health. I've tried a few and I don't know if I am losing fewer brain cells <g> but I do know that this product seems to be consistently the best price for organic. Personally, I wouldn't purchase anything but organic for blueberries -- whether they are dried, wild, or not. I've never discerned a difference in taste between the brands.
