This is a great kit. It feels durable, it’s really helpful, the finger stretcher is a little small, but everything else works great. Everything fits great in the carry bag. I love the adjustable resistance. Good price. I would highly recommend.

Does exactly what it claims to do. I’ve used it on and off over the last month and have noticed a slight increase in grip strength. The main gripper ranges from small resistance to a lot, so I’d imagine this will be enough resistance for most people (excluding babies and bodybuilders). Comes with 5 instruments, which are all decent quality. Some of the mechanical ones make funky sounds, but none have broken or show any signs of exploding, so that’s good. Main complaint is that the grip trainer isn't very comfortable. But it’s lightweight and portable. I bought it on sale for like $8. Reasonable price would be $10-20. If you can get it in that range, I’d say great, it’s worth it.

Sufficient for my needs in recovering from a broken wrist. The rubber finger extension exerciser was too small and seemed pretty stiff. Otherwise the set is usable and of good quality.

After about 2 months of regular use, doing short exercises whenever I had free time, the pain in my wrist is basically gone. The adjustability is great, so you can start light and increase resistance gradually. It’s compact, quiet (no annoying clicking), and actually effective for building grip strength while also giving some stress relief — which is a bonus after long workdays. Simple, affordable, and surprisingly powerful. I honestly didn’t expect such a noticeable result, but here we are — highly recommend.

I ordered this bag of hand exercises around a month ago and I have been absolutely loving them. What I love most is the quality of all the pieces, everything is well made. I also appreciate the adjustability, no matter how strong your grip is I'm sure you will find this challenging. The size of everything is excellent, and all the pieces fit perfectly in a small travel bag. I have been using these items serval times a week and I already notice an improvement in my hand strength its very effective. I'm sure you will be just as impressed as I am.

The Grip was delivered today in immaculate condition with optimal functionality. I'm disappointed because I didn't realize the properties contained possible material makeup in accordance with P65 California warnings. I would not have ordered this item if I had this information prior to the purchase. If the warning is on Amazon, it doesn't seem to be readily apparent in the advertisement.

This was so good and helpful. It is very good for the price and adjusting is really easy. I was also thinking it was going to be really noisy and uncomfortable but it is really nice to use. It can get sweaty but thats going to happen obviously but it doesn’t get sticky.

We bought this for our son for Christmas. He loved it, it was exactly as described, and it was effective and durable. it was easy to adjust, and the size was perfect to throw in his gym bag and he says it is great for his grip strength.

The tension on the springs is very weak, cheap quality

The product broke after some use. The shock was when I looked at the broken parts they were all made of plastic without any metal.

The grip is weak even at the strongest setting and the other accessories are very cheap, not branded like in the pictures either.
