Effective for aches
I think these are my favorite soaking salts. My beloved spent a lifetime working in construction and has aches and pains aplenty. Nothing helps so much as a good soak. These flakes dissolve readily and I don’t know what the formulation is but they’re just the best of all for that life changing bath. Ahhhhhhh…. You deserve these.

felt great in bath
I have a lot of inflammation in my body and I work in a factory where we are using our joints all the time. I have been at this factory for 24 years and it has taken a toll on my body. This brand of Magnesium flakes is very good and felt awesome when I soaked in the tub. I highly recommend it.

I bought this to try as a stronger magnesium product than Epsom salts. They do create a relaxing bath. The flakes can be used to create magnesium lotion which can be sprayed on area that is bothersome. They are a help for both arthritis and inflammation.
