This blender is extremely easy to clean, has the best results of all blenders I've tried and because it has vacuum, it produces the most nutrient rich smoothies possible. This thing is better than the blenders in commercial settings in regards to nutrients. I've yet to see a vacuum blender in a smoothie store. The quality of the smoothie is 10 times better than I've seen in standard blenders. It puts the smooth back in "smoothie". You get what you pay for and if your health is worth it, definitely consider this blender

Bought two of these blenders and they never work.I even paid $90 shipping to get it fixed and all they did is sent me a new blender container. ERRORS ERRORS ERRORS nonstop just always broken.Save your money and buy from a company that actually works.

It's been over six months since I purchased this blender, and here are some observations.It's my secondary blender, not used as heavily. Sometimes I use it once or twice a week, sometimes more often. Vacuum works well, and certain beverages and smoothies are definitely better without excessive foam at the end of the blend cycle. I usually consume them right away, but I can imagine that storage under vacuum would hopefully preserve contents better.Other than the vacuum feature, the blending power is on par with my old Blendtec. On occasion, blending twice may be necessary for an optimal consistency.I like the cover that is needed for vacuum blending as it makes the blender significantly more quite than any I've had in the past. The design is nice and modern, and it's a conspicuous appliance in the kitchen. It seems well crafted and has a nice, heavy base with simple controls that do everything you need. Not too many unnecessary fancy cycles, programs, options. It does everything it needs to with few buttons - blending with or without vacuum, auto, manual, pulse.The downside is that you need to be a lot more careful how you blend, and how much you put in the blender to avoid damaging the vacuum mechanism (warning labels are on the jar to remind you). You cannot stuff this blender to the top like a conventional blender. This, obviously, limits its capacity and if your blending for two or more people, the servings won't be large. If using the vacuum feature, it's difficult to make a second batch right away, since you have to clean the vacuum valve well before you can re-use the blender, then wipe it dry, or risk the damage to the vacuum mechanism. Due to extra care, using this blender can be a bit of a hassle compared to conventional blenders.Also, the price is steep and if I hadn't used some of my amazon points for this purchase, I'm not sure I'd be willing to spend that kind of money which could buy you some of the top models from well know brands such as Vitamix or Blendtec. Overall, this is a very good blender, without or with vacuum. I have two Blendtec blenders, and an old Kitchen-Aid, still going strong after many years. How Kuvings will do, only time will tell.IN SUMMARY:PROS: Strong motor, sturdy build, quality blending, vacuum feature, nice design, reasonably quiet with the cover.CONS: Price, capacity, delicate elements that require extra care.

My blender arrived today. Right out of the outer Amazon box, I noticed that the manufacturer box was retapped. Once I opened the box, I saw that the plastic bags for each piece were loose. I could tell the power cord had been re-tied. When I took the My suspicion was right. I received a used item!!! The container was stained from previous blending. I’m outraged!! Especially since this is a pricey product. I don’t intend to return it just yet. I cleaned it up and started to make a couple batches of smoothies to refrigerate for breakfast. It took a few tries to get it to start blending. Place the container, flipped the on/off switch, pushed the dial but the dial stayed red, instead of turning blue. Took the container off the base, tuned off then on.....put container back on, made sure all the knobs that needed to be in close position, pushed the knob to start vacuum but still nothing. Got it to work after 4th try. I’m not sure if it’s defective or if there’s a proper sequence that’s needed to be done, so I’ll read the manual once again later. I’m just so bummed that I received a used product.I have a Ninja Pro but wanted to get a vacuum blender so I can prepare shakes/smoothies at night for breakfast. My mornings are hectic. I’ll update this review once I’m able to see and taste the shakes in the morning as I’ve added some frozen fruits. Hopefully there’s not much separation.

When I first saw this blender I was very hesitant because of the price, but I really don’t regret my decision.I am a nutrition consultant and I focus my practice on smoothies since I do believe they can change your life.I now can say that smoothies do taste better when they are vacuumed before blended, and I make a big jar so I can have another smoothie at the end of the day and the jar that comes with it to keep your smoothies fresh, is a great idea.I think that knowing all the nutritional benefits I’m getting from my smoothies now are worth the prices.It really all depends on what your priorities are, I know most people won’t put so much money on a blender, but for me my blender is a priority so I invest on my health.

We purchased this blender in 2018 and was not used very often, maybe 15-20 times since purchasing this blender and for not having it for quite 3 years, it has not worked for months now. We purchased the 4 year guarantee and still cannot figure out how to return and replace our blender.

Pro- Vacuum smoothies taste great- Vacuum smoothies were much less foamy, caused less bloatingCon- Loud, claimed 75db, actually 90db- Horrible vibration noise at high motor speeds, even louder with clear top enclosure removed- I wish i could disable the beeping, it beeps any time you push a button, turn the knob, turn it on, turn it off, when it overheats, when it can't vacuum, literally everything causes a beep- Fussy hard to clean valve, needs to be perfectly clean and dry for vacuum to not error out- Lid sometimes hard to push on. Depending on what mood the vacuum valve is in, it's impossible to push the lid fully down because air can't get out.- 40oz Jug too small for some with no upgrade option- No option to buy second jug on website, had to email customer service for temporary purchase link just to find out the price- Troubleshooting page of manual doesn't cover basic errors like requiring speed knob to be in top position to turn on - customer service not much help unless you register your product, even if you've already provided proof of purchase in a previous communications- Red option was out of stock everywhere
