Battery does not charge at all and no response from their customer service. Pathetic! Giving 1 star because only the charger works fine...

First of all, i did not buy this phone for the purpose of phone actually. This is more for the personal sim which is linked to my Aadhar/Bank accounts/Gas/Electricity/School etc. hence I wanted a phone that would not require frequent charging and be on always to receive all messages. This phone is just too good for that with its big battery. Here are the impressions after its usage. Pros: Very stylish and rugged looking phone. Good battery life (3600 mah). Good music output (clarity and volume is also good) Nice torch with a dedicated button for it. Large keypad display FM is good as it can tune into stations with better clarity than my smartphone. They say it as "easy fm" but it still needs the headphones to be inserted. Not wireless FM. Has a USB power out hence can be used a power bank if required Supports SD card upto 32 GB for all the music you need. Also because of the USB cable support, you can connect it to the computer and do the file transfer/editing etc realtime Triple sim facility with dedicated button for easy sim selection (i have used only one sim) cons While every thing else is loud on this phone (ringtone, sms ringtone, fm, music player) the call volume is not that loud. I am sure you will have trouble in having a conversation out in the busy/noisy streets. Though it has a front and rear camera, both are useless to say the least as in this age of smartphone cameras, this output will not leave anyone satisfied. I used the powerbank feature once and felt the battery was draining out fast hence do not recommend this as a powerbank substitute. In an emergency, it will double up as one. It is heavy as it is bulky. Cannot carry it in the shirt pocket. To remove the battery or insert a sim / sd card you would need to carry its tool to screw and unscrew the cover. If ever the phone goes into a hang, and you would need to remove the battery then it would be a pain without the screwdriver. Phone book has a memory of 500 numbers only. Then you will have to store it in the sim/s. No great choice of default ringtones/alarm

Good product, battery uses time good.

I bought this phone for my Mother as I have a toddler at home who throws things here and there. The irony is that the toddler used this phone and the smashed the TV Screen. So, it is good for breaking other things.

Very heavy but I want it black colour.... But I recieved a parcel of this mobile phone in green colour.
