Good cellphone charger, not adequate as general purpose USB power bank
I was hoping to be able to use this product as a power supply for a portable music synthesizer setup, including a small synth, a step sequencer, and a speaker pair, all powered by USB 5 volts from the Power Bank. However... there are a few problems. I've been monitoring the inputs and outputs with a USB power meter AT34, and before testing I discharged the Power Bank and recharged it completely.First, the quality of the power output is rather noisy and this noise appears in the output of the music synth system. When the three musical components are plugged into ordinary USB chargers powered by the mains, there is no noise, but when this Power Bank is used, the noise level is unacceptable, with hissing and distorton. It works fine to charge cellphones, of course.Second, if the power draw is small the Power Bank automatically shuts off in about 30 seconds. One of my music devices only draws about 30-35 mA, and this apparently isn't enough to keep the Power Bank from shutting down automatically in about 30 seconds. In my testing if the total draw is over about 150 mA, the Power Bank will stay on... but there is another problem. It works fine to charge cellphones... but...Third, even if the Power Bank does not shut off automatically when powering a low current load, the Charge Quantity display will stay at 100 percent, all the way until the Power Bank is completely discharged, at which point it shuts off automatically and displays a flashing "00". That is, if the current drain is small apparently the "100 percent" figure does not update, it just stays at 100 percent. If you shut off the bank and then restart it, then it will update the figure, but if you need to leave it on with a small current drain, beware that the 100 percent figure will not change until the bank is completely discharged. Of course it charges cellphones and updates continuously, as long as the current being drawn is high enough.Fourth (but this was known from the previous comments) the display does not indicate the actual current drawn. It just indicates whether your device is charging from one of the 2.1 amp capable ports or from the 1 amp capable ports. It seems like this is a major defect. It would seem to be a trivial matter for the firmware to report actual current draw from the actual ports used, since there is clearly a microprocessor running things inside the Power Bank. Of course it charges cellphones... but at what current level? Without an additional monitor you'll never know if it is following a quick charge protocol or not.Fifth, when charging the Power Bank itself, it will say "100 percent" before it is really fully charged. It may need another half an hour before it shuts down and stops taking a charge.Sixth (something else known from previous comments) the capacity figures play some silly game. Why claim a huge capacity if that same capacity is not actually deliverable? Regardless, from a full charge in the Power Bank at 100 percent, it went down to 86 percent to charge my ZTE cellphone from 40 percent to 100 percent full. This seems OK for a first pass.Seventh, the little white LED "flashlight" is just silly. It might help you find the floor in absolute darkness, but why did they make these LEDs so dim? They are almost a joke.So I gave the unit 4 stars. It charges cellphones, but it isn't suitable as a power bank for low-power loads due to the whacky programming, nor for audio applications due to the lack of purity of the DC power. Overall fit and finish are nice. The case is hard plastic, the texture and stitching are not real. It feels solid in the hand. If only the LCD screen gave more useful and reliable information...

Good, long lasting charger.
The media could not be loaded. I love this charging bank. 4 out ports is super nice traveling with kids. The only thing I have found that was kinda disappointing was the little screen that tells you the batteries percentage, the cover screen popped out on mine and you can't see the percentage without the cover on. It is very cheaply glued on. I'm worried now about it popping off without me noticing and then it being damaged.Because without the little plastic screen thing the screen behind it looks like it can be easily damaged. Also the sides can easily be knocked loose. Video attached to show what I mean. Other than that it's a great charger. Took it on a 5 hour plane ride to NY and it wasn't even at 80% yet. Charged my phone a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and my kids 2 fire 10 tablets and it barely touched the %. However it didn't charge my phone that quickly. Even with my quick charging cable. But it kept the phone charged and charging while I was using it unlike cheaper banks that just keep the phone from dying and not actually adding any %.The thing that really sapped it's power was my GoPro 8 black. Plugged it in at 80% charged my GpPro super quick but drained the bank to 50% in less than an hour so not sure what that was about? Anyways long story short good bank, no problems getting threw airport security with it, didn't even have to take it out of my backpack.Only issue is the little screen pops out easy.At least mine did, I dropped it onto my seat in the car and the thing popped off and the sides slightly split open. Photo and video attached to show what I'm talking about.I would however recommend this bank, you just can't be to rough with it unlike other banks I've had. But as far as charging power and longevity this is a good one.

Super capacity battery pack with convenient outlets
I had an opportunity to use this battery pack on a recent trip. It offers great capacity when fully charged and the 4 Type-A outputs. Apparently each pair of outlets is limited to 2.4A total so keep that in mind -- if you want to charge 2 devices at 2.4A each, you can just plug one into each side but if you want to charge 3 devices, only one can get the full 2.4A.The option of using either Micro-USB or Lightning as charging inputs is handy but it's an either-or decision -- you can't charge it twice as fast by trying to use both inputs. I'm not sure what would happen if you plugged both in but the documentation online is pretty clear about using one or the other.I was wondering what the shiny bit on the side opposite the power button was. Turns out it's a mini-LED light. Personally, I find these completely useless and would rather it wasn't even there -- especially since I apparently triggered it accidentally and ended up completely depleting the battery while I was in an all-day meeting. Fully charging this puppy using a single 2.1A input is ... painful ... You really don't need to use that power button except to see the state of charge/discharge or to turn on the LED lights (and the battery pack defaults into a discharge or OUT state) so I wish it were recessed a bit more. The LED lights aren't particularly bright so it's just a useless feature IMO and there's too much risk of having them use up the battery capacity. The LED display showing reemaining battery caapcity is helpful and easy. I was surprised at the fact that I liked it also showing me IN or OUT (the direction of charge/discharge).My favorite battery pack of all time is still a slim 7-inch one that Skiva used to make -- about the same form factor as the old B&N Nook Color or Nook HD -- but this one is competing for second (and Skiva doesn't make the slim 7-inch one anymore). Overall, very well designed and a nice price point for this.

Plug in fitting wears out too soon.
I have two different models. This one’s charging connector has worn down while the other model hasn’t had that issue. It keeps a charge for weeks and months to 92% so the quality of the internals is there for sure.
