Dell 5575 15.6-inch FHD Laptop (AMD Ryzen 5/8GB/1TB HDD/Windows 10 + MS Office/Vega 8 Graphics/Silver)

It was delivered on time , thanks to amazon.BUTI got a Black laptop for the order of Silver one but the amazon helped me check the serial numberon the invoice and on the device through Dell co.And they also processed my request of keeping the Black laptop as i liked it more.----Working----I bought it for my designing and programming gigs.The new Rygen 5 processor works well paired with 8GB of Ram works smoothly for above works.i have reduced one star because it does not come with bag.

Used for minimal personal work for just 30 days. Showing autoshutdown due to heat buildup.Shame on Dell to repeatedly showing lack of quality.Now refreshing my opinion after a month, like my previous Dell bistro it has serious startup and touchpad issues.The more scary thing that comes to mind is running after the service center ......month long stint. When will you improve Dell?

overall product is nice, why battery is draining fast? for full charging this is taking upto 6 hours. but for draining it is taking lesser time. When put in sleep mode for a long time there is no issue . But when started using charging is draining so fast. Can anyone from Dell contact me for a solution?

In terms of processor, i would suggest to go with i5 instead of ryzen 5. Even in gaming, it has poor Performance(with vega 8 graphics) , coz you can get much better graphics in market as the same price. Sound quality is good.

Guys, it's not a budget one to buy .They have shown on YouTube that you can run a lot of games and can tweak the performance till i7. But..TBH.. You can't tweak the performance even till i3. My first laptop is Dell i3 7 th generation. It did out perform Ryzen in all ways.. to get started with- Excel was fast on my i3- DMC was great on my i3- Watchdogs was great on my i3- just cause 2 was great- GTA 5 was best- even Watchdogs 2 was betterIt's just that...it's not a laptop for someone who want extreme performance within budget.. But AMD has best line desktops.. It's just that they can't out perform INTEL in laptop section.. You can buy i5 or go for i7...

The media could not be loaded.  I had placed an order for the above Laptop on the 6th Sept 2018 and got the delivery on the 10th Sept 2018.Within 2 hours of starting the Laptop it got completely blank and got hanged , when we restarted it showed some windows error which was reported and recorded..Last night on 29 th Sept it crashed again and its not even 20 days of usage. Very disappointed by the performance and issue at hand.I want a refund or a replacement for the laptop immediately . Already complained to Dell .
