Extremely good book.
Good for UPSC PSIR Optional. If you read this book - you can largely skip reading editorial articles in newspaper on Indian Politics. The book provides in-depth analysis of Indian politics and covers diverse dimensions. The book may seem bulky (500+ pages) but it is not. It is written in essay-format and hence you can start reading from any essay.

Highly recommended book.
Students of social sciences must read this book. It covers very wide important topics on Politics, history, economics, Supreme court, Gender, Secularism, local Government. Not easy going book but very deep understanding topics it has. Worthy book to develop some basic ideas on Indian society and politics. 😊

Nice Book
The content is great but the font is excruciatingly small. Helps to delve and connect with WPT well. Recommended.
