Adidas VL Court 2.0 CMF I Unisex Baby Sneakers

I bought these for my 13 Yr old step daughter. They were a true sizing, and she said they were very comfortable.

I bought a size too big and had to order the smaller size as I love these

My age-old black Adidas Kick trainers shuffled off to trainer heaven so needed to be replaced - Kick trainers not produced any more so took a gamble on these - they're fine, fit well and look good, nowt more to say really.

Tried for size a suede version in a store, but they didn’t have my size in the version I purchased via amazon. I’m normally a size 8 in Adidas which come up as a slightly snug fit for me compared to family rivals Brand Puma in the sand size. However I’ve allowed for some stretching to occur after a wearing in period being the norm here. These are similar in appearance to adidas Gazelles which I’ve had in the past in suede and are a fabulous trainer/sneaker shoe to wear. In truth The VL Court2 are not quite in the same league, but this is all relative in price to be fair. My only grip when wearing straight out of the box, is that the toe box on these smart looking VLCourt2 are rather hard on first wearing (I noticed someone else reviewed this same point online). I think it’s because of the outer materials used on this version compared to the suede uppers I tried on in store. So maybe going up a half size would overcome this in hindsight with these uppers on my purchase, but hey ho I reckon they’ll still wear in a bit yet and ease up gradually enough. For the price I’ve paid I’m not actually complaining in that regard. Theses trainers look very smart in their retro look-a-like way to a pair of budget Gazelles, which was why I made the purchase of these over the Gazelles to start with. Will wear these for smart casual wear jeans to casual dress trousers such as chinos etc. Went for all black uppers in the leather synthetic uppers combo for a bit of wet weather wear in the water resistance department over suede finish. Very satisfied overall with my purchase.

Colourful, comfortable and hard wearing

According to Adidas this 9.5 is a size 44. I normally take a 43 or 43.5 if half sizes are available, but these shoes are extremely snug verging on tight. The first couple of day's I wore them they were verging on painfully tight, mostly in width. Thankfully after a couple of weeks, the leather has stretched and the trainers are now far more comfortable. If I were buying these again I might opt for the bigger size. If your feet are on the wide side or you like your trainers not hugging your feet, then sizing up may well be the way to go.Apart from that I do like these shoes, they're leather, they exude an understated smart cool and they don't really shout anything more, which is absolutely fine as far as I'm concerned!
