The only reason I found these was because of a review on the high heels I was about to purchase for my Sister. The review mentioned that extra insoles were necessary with the shoes since they did not have a lot of padding. I am so glad I did! Turns out these insoles are so comfortable that I'd wear them with my sneakers too if I had extras. The bottom of the insole sticks to the inside your shoe to prevent it from sliding around. I have size 8 1/2 feet and the full length insoles fit well. Because of the cut and because they are clear, they were impossible to see when I wore them with my new strappy high heels. They made my shoes super comfortable and they stayed put.

Doesn't stick at all. Not helpful even for one use.

Quality is good but adhesive is very bad. Only once I could use and other one I lost it without my knowledge while walking 😂😂

Made my heels comfortable and the right fit...

High heeled shoes with no straps usually slip off. This resolves the problem. However, the heel patch comes off easily. You might have to glue it with some silicone based sealant. I have only worn the shoes once with these, it was quite comfortable and made it easier for me to walk. It is quite an achievement since the discomfort from high heels usually makes me walk like a calf.

The adhesive is not good. Comes out after first wear itself. However quality of silicon is good.
