Unacceptable. It was more than a year old. The taste changes a bit when it gets more than 1 year from mfg date.

Buy it only when you can't get sourced from local fish dealers
Everything was fine, except the taste, look and texture. It tasted more of tuna than salmon. I couldn't returned it after cooking it since its against Amazon policy.

not pink salmon
Seen and tasted pink salmon abroad before but this is definitely not pink. Really have my doubts.Salt is pre added in large quantity. People sensitive to salt may not like the extra salty taste.salmon normally tastes better than tuna but in this case it's the other way round.
