Everlast 100 lb Vintage Heavy Bag Kit

I have zero previous experience with boxing bags, so take this as a newbie's perspective. It took awhile to get here, but that was expected. The box was beat to hell and back along with looking like FedEx flipped it out of their truck and onto my steps in anger lol. Have it hung in a doorway as a temporary thing because my stand has not gotten here yet. But even with it hung in the doorway was quite a bit of fun. Beyond messing with it I did a heavy bag work out by PunchFit and the bag held up fine. I'm tall and it is hung low but even with hitting mostly the top foot of it, worked perfectly anyway. The plastic zipper at the top worries me a bit but time will tell if it's an issue or not. I do definitely love the old styled look of the bag and gloves. The gloves work quite well and having my thumbs free has already come in handy a few times when streaming technology failed me and had to use a touch screen. The wraps seem really cheap and garbage, but they'll do for now. Overall I feel like I got good bang for my buck.

Whenever I have to move it, I realize why it's called a heavy bag.I've used this bag for a few years now, no problems. It's an everlast punching bag, as long as you don't leave it out in the rain or do something dumb with it, it'll last for a long time.Build quality is good, tried and true brand. You won't go wrong with this bag.Also, I got the vintage styling, I wanted a bag that looked like that old guy from Rocky would own it.It came with matching everlast vintage gloves, which look nice, but they kinda wore down fast. The included gloves aren't the best, but they aren't that bad. They're enough to get you punching out of the box for sure.

I gave a 1 star because I didn't get the right bag. I wanted the vintage style but I got the plain old everlast one. Haven't weighed it but it doesn't really feel like 100lbs, maybe I just can't tell. I'm very upset I didn't get the right one but im just going to use the one I got because whatever, it does the job. However the gloves that came with mine are completely different than what's in the picture, and they're probably the worst quality gloves I've seen. I honestly feel like I'd be better off getting a pair of novelty gloves from a toy store. I'm probably going to get a set of mma style gloves anyway, but the quality is just not there. At all. I thought I was going with a reputable brand choosing everlast, hoping I'd get an affordable yet decent quality product but the bag, while fine in quality, is not what I ordered or paid for and the gloves are essentially the company's trash that I'm supposed to throw out for them...

The media could not be loaded. This is a really good value. It’s one of the cheapest bags in this category on the market (price-wise and not quality-wise!). It comes bundled with a good quality heavy bag gloves (6-8oz open thumb) and 120” wraps. It comes with the necessary hardware for hanging on a stand.I used it several times for a total of 50 rounds or so. The bag feels great. Word of caution, hang it a bit higher if possible. There is some settling. It will get softer at the top. Settling is not significant as of now, though. Stitching is solid. Old school aesthetics are pleasing. I hate loud flamboyant colors on equipment (keep metrosexual colors on your pants).It remains to be seen if it stands the rigors in the long term. I hope hanging straps don’t rip. That looks like it might be a weak point (from previous) experience.All in all 11/10 would work this bag over and over and over again. Solid purchase. Thanks, Everlast.

Thoroughly enjoying this! Purchased with a hanger kit for a ceiling joist. The gloves and wraps are certainly usable. The gloves are bag-gloves without a thumb. The wraps did smell a little musty when unpackaged but washed up just fine (recommend using a zippered wash pouch/bag for these if you're throwing them in with the laundry). Overall, would recommend this

Before I start on pros and cons let me say BE CARFUL WHO YOU BUY THIS FROM!! Some are sold by companies that will ship horrible quality bags others will send awesome quality bags I bought mine from “next warehouse” works great not to the prosPROS: durable, hard but doesn’t feel like cement, I would say it’s great for people 140-200 pounds, nice old school designCons none so farhad this for 2 weeks and I am using it for training for about 1hour a day for quiet a few roundsTo the kids...NO MERCY to your bullies out there!!

Stop looking and GET THIS BAG.I searched for a while looking for a heavier bag like this one, but all I kept finding were out of my price range and/or bright neon colors. If bright colors are your thing, no offense. But I love the muted colors more and this one is just like pictured. Plus it comes with the wraps and gloves... that is a bonus for the price! I couldn’t be more pleased. I had no issues with my bag getting to me on time and everything is in mint condition. Happy customer!!!

Everything as described. Wristbands not in pic. Great value for 100lb set. The only issue is that the first seller I tried to purchase from said order was damaged so I had to cancel the order. Cheally's Commodities was great, no big issues. I did have a broken tab on the zipper bag but no biggie (customer service was great and gave me a small credit for that) Also the gloves are snug for an adult male so if you have huge hands you may need different gloves. The worst part about the order is the wait time before it ships. Once it ships everything went fast. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
