These are very strong magnets for their size, and therein lies the issue. They are small disks, so the strength is offset by the small surface area. It's just physics, folks. You can have a really strong magnet and excellent iron-based surface, but a tiny magnet doesn't have the surface area to hold a heavy object. You can use these to hold up one of those thin 65", 22-lb TVs, but you'll need the entire box to achieve the surface area! If you need to hold up a large object, get a lot of sheet magnets. These are fantastic for small crafts using light materials but don't expect to hang your keys with them.

I have seen DYI on gluing magnets to walls and under cabinet and I guess anywhere you want and then add magnet to top of jar. And with gorilla glue they work great on jars. Now spices organized on side of bland fridge and in cabinets on the bottom of the upper one to hold what every your heart desires plus what ever you imagination can come up with.

These magnets when you pick them up leave a black charcoal like residue on your hands. Upon me putting them on my fridge and sliding them they left black lines everywhere which i hard to even clean off...having a white fridge. They also leave this same charcoal residue on the paper you pin on your fridge with them. They however do have a pretty decent magnetic power but i don't want magnets that leave a mess and may ruin important paper work or photos with this residue!

I purchased these to make school door covers. I needed strong magnets to hold up cloth; they were perfect for my project.

These Magnets are FILTHY! NOT THE COLOR THEY ARE IN THE PICTURE! The reason I ordered these is because they looked silver and clean in the pic. I wanted to use these in my classroom, but I’m afraid it will scratch my white board. Such low quality. Extremely disappointed. Will be returning and purchasing stainless steel magnets which should be CLEAN!

These refrigerator magnets are awesome! They have so many uses, they are perfect for crafts as they are compact and strong. Or just use them out of the box as fridge magnets to hold children’s pictures or in your office on your magnetic whiteboard. I tested these, and they easily hold a couple file folders, 15+ sheets of paper, even small note pads - they are very strong – see my photos!

I purchased these for a quick fix on blocking the creasent shape glare on the tv created by the little window on the door which happens to be metal . I can just quickly hang a cloth over it without making holes or looking for a tiny curtain and rod . I will say the cloth must be thin for these magnets , however I had so much fun trying to get them back in the box that I recomend these to anyone old enough not to swallow them and young enough to enjoy play.

Strong magnets and an excellent size (about l/2 inch in diameter. Also found that I could use it to fortify some weak magnetic clips that were practically useless. With this magnet attached to it, the clips now can hold much more stuff, more securely. I use my refrigerator door as a central communication reminder place and this is perfect.
