Chose size 7 based on the brand’s sizing guide (I’m around a 36C/34D). I wore them to add more fullness and lift to my bust. They definitely gave a noticeable boost especially when worn inside a bra.Wore them for a full day and noticed a bit of sweat and smell after a while, which I think is just down to the silicone and skin contact, not unexpected.First tried them with a strappy dress without a bra hoping they’d give enough lift and shape but they didn’t offer enough support alone. That said, when I tried them again with a regular bra and a low-cut top, they worked really well, gave that “oomph” effect I was going for.Would be nice if these came in a brown or deeper skin tone option.

I’d been looking to get some bra inserts for a while. Not being particularly blessed in the chest department (36B) I wanted something that would give me that extra “oomph” whilst wearing low cut tops or dresses. And boy oh boy do these deliver! They make my rather modest bosom look as if I’ve recently returned from Harley St.They give a nice lift as well as increasing overall size. One thing to bear in mind is that they are heavy so you need to be wearing a good wired bra for them to sit nicely. Being silicone they are of course not breathable so they can get rather sweaty, but I enjoy the look they give so much it doesn’t bother me at all.I couldn’t be without these now — real confidence boosters!
