I ordered these knee supports after having used the slip on varieties for several years. The latter tend to loose their elasticity pretty soon, thus defeating the purpose of buying them in the first place.A knee support is useful only if it continues to fig tightly (not snugly) around your joint which bears the weight of your whole body and the extra weight that you pick up while working out.Pros-One size fits all.Can be wound tightly around the knee joint.Give good stability while doing squats, kettlebell swings or leg press.No chance of loosing elasticity any time soon.Cons-A bit time consuming, wrapping the support around your knee.Can get misplaced if not wound rightly.Can be uncomfortable if used for a long time. Example for walking.Suitable for heavy duty short bursts of lifting weights.

It is a hassle to wrap it around your knees again and again but it's worth it It takes the pain away and and helps you lift even more weight. It's perfect for heavy leg workout. Just go for it

Recieved the product in amazon package. No package of xtrim was available. However the product was well made and of good quality and worth the money. The material is good and it feels like a premium product. It offers excellent support and maintains knee stability thus helping to go for higher weights. Would definitely recommend this product.
