Worked brilliantly and easy to use

These lifts are wonderful. I have ordered two other different lifts from Amazon, and these are the best. I have two very large heel spurs. One underneath my heel, and one on the upper back of my heel. They can be very painful. Right now, to rest my achilles tendon, and alleviate some pain, I have to wear open back shoes, with added lift. These lifts are so cushy, and are adjustable to how much lift you need. They are also self adhesive which was a big plus for me since I am confined to open back shoes. There was immediate relief on my achilles tendon, and heel spur with these lifts. Very happy with them. I will definitely reorder.

I need heel lifts to correct a leg length discrepancy, and I'm always needing to get new heel lights to put in new pairs of shoes, or to replace lifts that are worn out in old shoes. I don't need a lot of height, just a smidge, thankfully, but that height is crucial to my overall long-term comfort. These are nice heel lifts. I like the material they're made out of, and the fact that the lift pieces are separate so that I can use just one without wrestling them apart is nice. The lift is comfortable, but like most lifts the adhesive doesn't last forever, and before I know it the lift is traveling in my shoe. The additional issue with this lift over my favorite version (so far) is that this doesn't tend to conform into the shoe as I wear it, making it more likely to travel as I'm walking. Since all lifts do this, I can't remove a rating, just be aware this lift set doesn't solve that issue. They're comfortable, though, and they seem a lot more durable and less prone to 'collapsing' over time due to continued compression during wear. A nice, supportive set of lifts with a lot of flexibility for wearing!

Very easy to apply to shoes and unless all the pieces (4=1/2”) are being used in the same shoe, you can use the remaining pieces in other shoes. They adhere well to the shoe so no slippage occurs.
