Love both this mild and the hot both!! I make an absolutely delicious antipasto by taking 4 cups of the mild, 1 cup of the hot, and adding blanched broccoli, slivered salami and pepperoni, and cheese cubes or shreds. Touch it all off with a splash of balsamic!! I subtracted a star because the sudden price increase from 31 dollars to 35 in just a few months. That seems to be happening alot lately sitewide. 🤔🤔🤔

These peppers are great with lots of different dishes from pizza to big casseroles

I tried the hot one and I did think it was a little too hot for some uses - better to get the mild and add hot peppers to taste.I use this on so many things -0salads - hot dogs - omelets - Italian cold cut sandwiches - bruschetta - very versatile product

I'M FROM CHICAGO, AND HAD MY SHARE OF MIXES, THIS ONE SO FAR, IS AT THE TOP OF MY LIST. THE ONLY LITTLE COMPLAINT IS, IT SHOULD BE IN OLIVE OIL. I WOULD PAY THE DIFFERENCE TO HAVE OLIVE OIL.

I worked in Chicago for a few months coming from LA. I thought LA had the most diverse and best food. Stop the presses, Chicago has the best food hands down. I put giardiniera on everything now! Thank you Chi-Town!
