Good quality Go for it
Good quality. My waist size is 32inch and i ordered small and It fits perfectly no issues. Its padded to not irritate our back so its comfortable to wear. In this global pandemic situation its not safe to use the common belt in the gym.

Finishing can be improved
Fitting: Fits well for a waist size of 32 inches.Finishing: The strap that fastens the belt was not stitched till the end and you can see that the stitching has come off in the end as depicted in the picture. I had to get it manually stitched to fix this issue. This is why I have reduced one star.Material quality: It is sturdy and feels good while wearing it for extended periods of time.Overall, good value for money.

excellent , very good quality and thick foam pad for lower back supportmy waist size is 31'' and SMALL size fits perfect but if ur waist is below 31' dont buy it because it wont be tight enough to secure ur lower back which defeats the purpose of the beltwish it had adjustments loops on both side of the belt and even an XS (extra small ) size

Depends on what kind of lifter you are.
Good quality product, but the width of the padding is not that great so for serious heavy lifters, i would not recommend this. If u are a person who lifts low to medium weight and go to gym just for fitness or maintenance purpose, then this is the right product for you.

Mixed up sizes
Giving one star because the small size ia actually large in size...so i gifted it to my trainer!

Good supporting belt..I loved it. I'm using it from 2 months no Damage no Issues...If ur waist size is 31-32 go for Small size, if u have big tummy/stomach than ur size go for M size.Boz my frnd facing same issue he is 32sizeW. but flat tummy.. he feels it's bigger

Good product
I am writing here because I had requested for a return because of size issue... Someone did come but I was not home. Nobody has come again to pick up the product... And there is no change in status... Moreover, I am unable to find any place where I can request for follow up... And thus writing here, hoping that someone in charge will read this and arrange for the pick up again. As far as the product is concerned, it's great. I ordered for the correct size and got it...am using it...

I have ordered M size but its too big. I separately ordered S size. i requested for return of M size belt but its saying ‘exchange’. I don’t want exchange. I want refund.
