Made in china
I had bought the same watercolour luna 24 colour pencils 2 years ago, back then i received pencils that were made in germany.The colours were too good, very deep and just perfect.So i placed another order a few days back, but was surprised to know that now we are getting the ones made in china.The coours are nothing like the ones i got 2 years back. The colours dont have any pigment in them, no matter how hard u press.
