This was good. I love to try different hot sauces. I did notice the first time I had used it seemed kind of thin. However a good shake fixed that up. Had some good earthy flavors. There is definitely a nice heat balance to flavors. Nothing over powering decently balanced. The bottle is very large so it lasts. I had dropped the bottle so may need to get a refill sooner then later :). It is a good buy!!

I tend to be a hot sauce snob; i enjoy a sauce that has both heat and flavor. Too much heat and you can't enjoy your meal, while not enough leaves you with a flavor red sauce, nothing else. Adela has the best of both worlds. At first, the sauce presents a nice amount of heat all the while letting your taste buds enjoy the fresh spices and flavors one frows accustomed to in the southwest. Gradually with time, the sauce doesn't disappoint with the heat, but never overpowers the meal, if anything, complimenting it. And its A LOT of sauce for the price. I'd recommend it!

I'm a hot sauce nut, so I was anxious to try a brand I've never seen before. It has a different taste than my two standard favorites, with a much more traditional Mexican flavor. So far I've tried it on tacos, nachos and eggs and it has a nice flavor. The one thing that surprised me was that it's a medium heat level, but it's not as hot as I anticipated. It does get fairly warm when I eat quite a bit of it, but it doesn't get to the hot side very quickly.

It’s ok... kinda one note - not a lot of flavors going on and to someone who loves and eats spicy food all the time it wasn’t very hot/Spicy... I guess I can use it as a base for cooking chicken in the instapot or something but as far as using it as a spicy sauce topping- not very memorable. I read people dipped chips in it and used it as a salsa- they must be used to pretty dull salsa. I really wanted to love this, but just couldn’t. I use trader joe’s Dragon sauce (pretty heavy handedly) on tacos and burritos so maybe my spicy tolerance is off the charts- not sure. But this just didn’t do it for me and now I have a gallon of the darn stuff.

A little runny

My family loves to have mexican food nights and this sauce fits right in! I would not describe it as a "hot sauce" though as we are used to spicy and found this to be mild for our taste. But the flavor was great. We used it on top of enchiladas and it was absolutely perfect! My kids loved it as well! Great buy!

The sauce is very tasty and looks good too. It is not very thick but not watery either, nice consistency. I took some points off because I do not consider it HOT sauce. I love spicy food, and it was barely hot for me.

It isn't too hot that you can't taste your food but spicy enough to give it some heat. It has a very good flavor without overpowering the taste of the food you are eating. It is a good marinade for chicken too! Maybe in the future there will be a spicier version?
